This is a beautiful vintage sapphire and brilliant cut diamond ring. It consists of a central oval cabochon sapphire with a diamond set either side in an 18ct yellow gold mount with a tapered band for comfort. 

All of the diamonds are bright white and eye clean in a secure rubber setting.
